ABOUT YOUR EVENT
- Secure Your Date & Payments:
- a non-refundable deposit of $500 or 20% of estimated contract value, whichever is greater. Applicable to your balance.
- 90 days prior to your event, a 50% payment is due.
- if your event is planned within 90 days, we will default to the final payment due 5 days prior to your event
- final payment is due 5 days prior to your event
- final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event
- credit / debit card payments will be charged a 3.5% processing fee
- Decorations, Setup and Cleanup:
- our venue will be available to you (3) hours prior to the event time and (1) hour post event time
- The Aviator team will set up any and all decorations provided by the host – restrictions apply to chair covers, balloons, fresh flowers and ceiling hanging decor
- following your event, The Aviator team will efficiently dismantle all decor and neatly repack it into boxes / totes

- catering rates are inclusive of staffing for all events to include servers, bartenders (if applicable), event planners & day of coordinators
- all catering rates are subject to a 22% service charge & 8% sales tax
- the service charge is used to pay our team above minimum wage hourly rates. Although gratuity is not required, it is certainly appreciated
