This Privacy Policy explains how UCG KAGS TGDFAB LLC, doing business as The Aviator Event Center and Pub (“The Aviator,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit aviatorcle.com (the “Site”), contact us, submit an event inquiry, join our mailing list or visit our property at 20920 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, Ohio.

Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
Event inquiries. When you submit a request through our proposal form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and phone type, along with details about your event: event type, catering style, preferred date, start and end times, estimated guest count, how you heard about us and any additional information you choose to share.
Mailing list. When you subscribe, we collect your name and email address.
Contact and general inquiries. When you email, call or use a contact form, we collect the information you provide and the contents of your message.
Employment applications. Our careers link takes you to a third-party hiring platform. Information you submit there is governed by that provider’s privacy policy, not this one.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages and approximate location derived from IP address. Our hosting provider also maintains standard server logs.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information about you from event management and lead platforms, social media platforms when you interact with our pages, and vendors or planners working on your event.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure site traffic and performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because no common standard for them has been adopted.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and prepare event proposals, to plan and deliver events and dining experiences, to process reservations and requests, to send you marketing emails you have asked to receive, to operate and improve the Site, to measure the performance of our marketing, to maintain the security of our systems and to comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers. We share information with companies that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, email marketing, analytics, reservation management, event management, payment processing, appointment scheduling and hiring. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Vendor partners. If you are planning an event and ask us to, we may share your contact information and event details with preferred vendors such as entertainment, floral or photography partners so they can contact you directly.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to enforce our agreements or to protect the rights, property or safety of The Aviator, our guests or others.
Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged, reorganized or transferred in whole or in part, information about our guests and inquiries may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Third-Party Services and Links
Several functions on the Site are handled by third parties on their own platforms, including restaurant reservations, venue tour scheduling, gift card purchases, employment applications and email marketing. When you follow those links or complete those transactions, you are providing information directly to that company under its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review them.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website or service.
Email Marketing
If you join our mailing list, we will send you news about menus, events and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or by contacting us at the address below. We may still send you messages related to an event inquiry, a reservation or a transaction you have with us.
Photography and Video at Our Property
We and our vendors photograph and record events, dining spaces and the rooftop for promotional and marketing purposes. By entering our property or attending an event held here, you understand that you may be photographed or recorded, and that those images may be used in our marketing, on our website and on our social media channels without additional compensation.
If you would prefer not to be photographed, tell a member of our team on site, or contact us if an image of you has already been published and you would like it removed.
Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Event inquiries for celebrations involving minors should be submitted by a parent, guardian or other adult organizer.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at the address below and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Data Retention
We keep event inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, to serve you and for our ordinary business, tax and recordkeeping purposes. Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our analytics platform.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of security affecting personal information occurs, we will provide notice as required under Ohio law, including Ohio Revised Code section 1349.19.
Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or government identification numbers through our web forms or by email.
Your Choices and Rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, ask us to correct information you have given us, ask us to delete an inquiry or mailing list record, or ask what information we hold about you.
Ohio has not enacted a comprehensive consumer data privacy law, so Ohio residents do not have statutory access, deletion, correction, portability or opt-out rights against private businesses under state law. Residents of certain other states and of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have such rights under their own laws.

The Aviator operates in the United States, and our Site and service providers store information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
