A Versatile Event Space Built for High-Energy Celebrations and Seamless Flow

Flight Event Space is Aviator’s largest and most flexible venue, offering an open layout designed to host events that call for scale, movement and visual impact. With a capacity of up to 400 guests, the space is well-suited for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties and large social celebrations. Its clean, modern design allows each event to be styled uniquely, whether the tone is formal, festive or somewhere in between. The layout supports on-site ceremonies, dining and dancing without feeling crowded or disjointed. From the moment of arrival to the final moment on the dance floor, the space is designed to keep guests engaged and connected throughout the event.

Room to Celebrate Without Limits

A Flexible Layout for Ceremony, Dining and Dancing

Flight Event Space offers a wide-open footprint that adapts easily to different event formats and guest counts. Whether you’re hosting a wedding ceremony followed by a reception or a large-scale corporate or social gathering, the layout supports smooth transitions and thoughtful pacing.

Key features of the space include:

  • Capacity for up to 400 guests
  • On-site ceremony capability for single-location events
  • A white marble dance floor designed for high-energy celebrations
  • Open sightlines that allow décor, lighting and layouts to shine
  • Easy flow between seating, dining and entertainment areas

Beyond the physical features, the space is supported by Aviator’s experienced events team, ensuring setup, timing and service are handled with precision. While catering plays an important role in the experience, the design of the room itself allows every element — from entrances to speeches to dancing — to feel intentional and well coordinated.
