Simply Wed is The Aviator’s all-inclusive program for intimate weddings — one team coordinating the venue, dining, bar, entertainment, photography, videography and florals, so you spend the months before your wedding planning a celebration instead of managing vendors. Offered through Soaring Hospitality on select days year-round, it’s designed for couples who want a complete, polished wedding without piecing it together.

One Coordinated Team From First Toast to Final Dance

Every Simply Wed package brings the full wedding day under one roof. The essentials aren’t add-ons or upgrades — they’re built in, delivered by The Aviator’s team alongside established wedding professionals from Sound Precision Entertainment, Cuff Link Media and Precious Petals.

  • Dinner service and a premium open bar
  • On-site wedding coordinator, with setup and teardown handled
  • Linens, centerpieces, Chiavari chairs and table settings
  • DJ, dance lighting and a digital photo booth
  • Photography and videography at the venue
  • Bouquets, boutonnieres and florals for your celebration

Packages are offered in three guest tiers — up to 50, up to 100 and up to 150 guests — starting at $12,500, with tax and service charge included. Begin by sharing your preferred season and estimated guest count. Our team will walk you through the packages, available dates at The Aviator and a tour of the spaces that fit your celebration.

Simply Wed is offered on select days — Thursdays and Sundays year-round, with additional Fridays in the winter months — so reaching out early gives you the strongest selection. If your preferred date is already booked, our team can check availability at our sister venues, Via Roma and Encore Event Center.
